Create or join a workspace

Verify your account and establish the right developer or utility workspace.

Create an account

When registration is available, open Sign up from the login page. Enter your email and password and complete the verification challenge. Follow the email verification link, sign in, and accept the current terms and privacy policy. Onboarding resumes after verification; you do not need to create a second account. If registration is unavailable, use the support contact shown on the login page.

A missing verification email does not mean you have an active account. Check the address and spam folder before requesting another email. If signup expired before an account was created, start signup again and complete the verification challenge. Requesting another verification email alone does not create or renew a signup. Use Forgot password for an existing account. An invitation or new signup does not override a suspended or rejected account.

Developer workspaces

Create a developer workspace during onboarding. You become its Owner. Repeating the same creation request resumes that workspace. A matching email domain does not automatically join you to anyone else's workspace.

To join a team, accept an invitation sent to your own email address, finish verification, and accept the current terms and privacy policy. Eligible developer team invitations can complete onboarding; other invitations may require staff approval. Owners and admins manage invitations and roles in Team. Changing owners does not restart a trial.

Utility affiliation

Choose Utility affiliation during onboarding and search for the official utility. Submit a clear explanation of your authority and an HTTPS evidence link. GridWonk staff independently verifies the claim; an email domain alone is insufficient. You can see whether your claim is pending, approved, or rejected, and read the decision rationale.

Approval creates a utility workspace with you as Owner, or grants Member access to an existing workspace explicitly selected by staff. A claim cannot replace or reactivate an existing membership. If rejected, you may submit a fresh claim with additional evidence.

Claim approval does not activate application intake or expose private developer drafts. Formal intake also requires the utility's state/program acceptance and an active qualified reviewer. See private reviews and submissions.

Next step

Open your workspace, or connect the GridWonk plugin.
